In the fourth quarter of 2024, the air travel app market in Ecuador saw some notable trends, as tracked by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the top five apps on the Android platform.

LATAM: Flights, Hotels, Cars demonstrated a significant rise in weekly downloads, beginning at around 559 and peaking at over 10K in late December. Active users also followed an upward trajectory, starting at approximately 3.5K and reaching over 17K by the end of the quarter.

LATAM Pass, although a new entrant released in December, quickly gained traction. Downloads surged from 6.5K to about 13.8K within two weeks, with active users increasing from 5.5K to nearly 11K.

ClubMiles experienced a spike in downloads mid-October, reaching 2.5K, before stabilizing to around 300 weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter.

avianca maintained a steady download rate, fluctuating around 500, with active users slightly declining from 2.1K to about 1.9K.

Finally, Copa Airlines showed consistency in both downloads and active users, with downloads averaging around 300 and active users staying just above 1K.
